AHB Lite to AXI4 Bridge

Description

The AHB (Advanced High Performance Bus) Lite to AXI4 (Advanced extensible interface) provides an interface between one AHB manager and one AXI4 subordinate. Read and write transfers on the AHB are converted into equivalent transfers on the AXI4.
